Born & raised in Vancouver, Tej’s understanding of the Lower mainland real estate market is unparalleled to any other in the industry. At a young age, Tej’s first community association was w/ BC Soccer, his understanding of community first, family-based commitment & teamwork is still something he credits to his successful career today. Naturally drawn to Real estate in his early 20’s he found his niche when attending BCIT’s sales/marketing program & UBC’s urban land economics/real estate programs. His family background in Developed/Construction assisted him in creating his first new home development company at the age of 23 which employed/subcontracted over 35 trades, negotiated dozens of contracts w/ sales manufacturers, built trusted client relationships & foresaw all projects to completion/possession for new homeowners.

His journey in Real estate Sales took off shortly after at the age of 24. A big believer in giving back to his community, Tej has been actively involved in several charities, supporting “BC Childrens Hospitals”, “Parkinsons Walk and fundraising campaigns, volunteering time at homeless shelters as well as being an advocate for Mental health awareness programs. He Hopes to create an annual non-profit Sports Day for underprivileged kids in the hear of Vancouver to encourage fundraising for families in need of support.

His clients have praised his efforts in negotiating highly sophisticated real estate deals at all levels. From Selling for Top Dollar to creating master marketing plans uniquely designed for each property, Tej is no stranger to “setting new record high prices” all over the lower mainland. His attentiveness to his purchasing clients kicks it in a complete diff gear as Tej knows how to work w/ his clients’ pace and show them how to use over almost 2 decades of experience to act on great opportunities which inturn have made his clients millions in profit.
